GMM SPRING 2026 | 19 - 23 April 2026 | Portugal

Dear GMM Participants,

We are truly delighted to welcome you to Cascais, Portugal, for this year’s General Management Meeting.

As we come together in this beautiful setting, we are excited to share the theme that will guide our discussions and time together:

CONNECTED – SYNCHRONIZED – DECISIVE

Connected

This year marks an important milestone. We will celebrate 75 years of our company’s journey.

Throughout these decades, one thing has always remained constant: our people. Our culture, built on collaboration, commitment, and doing what’s best for the company, is what makes us who we are.

With recent changes in both country and HQ leadership, this meeting is a perfect moment to reconnect, strengthen relationships, and enjoy meaningful conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.

We want to take the time to genuinely connect as one team.

Synchronized

We succeed when we move forward together.

All our departments like Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales create impact only when they operate in sync toward a shared goal: customer success.

During our sessions, we’ll align around our strategic priorities to ensure we’re all heading in the same direction with clarity and purpose.

Decisive

The markets around us are changing rapidly and sometimes faster than our decisions can keep up.

This GMM will give us space to think boldly, discuss key strategic questions about where to play and how to win, and ensure we are ready to act with confidence and speed.

We are very much looking forward to seeing all of you soon.
A link to the event details and full agenda will follow shortly.

Wishing you safe travels - see you in Portugal!

Warm regards,
WAGO Management Board

Experience Overview

Your journey begins at Praia Grande, where an ancient fisherman’s trail leads you along a breathtaking coastal route.

As you hike along the cliffs, you will encounter the wild beauty of Praia da Ursa, widely regarded as one of the most stunning beaches in the world by the Michelin Guide. From above, take in its untouched landscape and dramatic rock formations.

Continuing along the rugged coastline, you will reach the impressive Fojo, a natural vertical well carved into the cliffs, plunging nearly 90 meters into the Atlantic. According to ancient lore, the Romans believed this mysterious place was inhabited by Triton, the mythical sea god.

The hike proceeds to Praia da Adraga, recognized by The Sunday Times as one of Europe’s top 20 beaches, known for its striking scenery and raw natural beauty.

Before reaching your final destination, step back millions of years in time as you discover dinosaur footprints dating from the Lower Cretaceous period (approximately 130 million years ago), preserved in the coastal rock formations.

There will be no official programme on Wednesday afternoon. We have organized two Reformer Pilates classes next to the hotel.
